经过一年的筹备和酝酿，我音在留学生招生计划方面做出系列改革探索：10月中旬发布“2019外国留学生硕士招生简章”，首次独立招录外国研究生；今天，“2019留学生本科招生简章”出炉，不仅同样与中国学生分开招录，还首次公布招生专业的名额范围，并在专业设置上，进行了更专业严谨的调整。
据悉，我音国际教育学院将不断探索完善留学生培养体制机制，扩大我音国际影响力，提升国际化办学水平，培育海外招生市场，以期培养立足中华文化，通晓国际规则，具有较强跨文化交流能力的国际化人才。

报考条件
Application Qualifications
1、18周岁以上，品德良好，身体健康，持有效外国护照，并取得居住国国籍的外国公民；
*护照要求：护照有效期4年以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；出生在国外且获得国籍的外国公民可直接申请。
2、遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；
3、具有高中或高中以上学历；
4、有一定的音乐基础和较好的业务水平；
5、语言要求：旧汉语水平考试（HSK）四级或者新汉语水平考试(HSK)四级（不低于180分）。
1）Applicants should be citizens of any country other than the People’s Republic of China and have a valid passport of that country. The passport should have at least 4 years of validity, with also the record of having stayed in a country other than China for at least two years in the recent 4 years (as of the 30th of April before admission. 9 months of residency in a country other than China is considered as 1 year, subject to the entry and exit stamps on your passport). Applicants that are born and granted citizenship by a foreign country are eligible for application. He/she must be 18 years old or above and be in good health with good moral character.
2）Applicants should comply with the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China.
3）Applicants should have a high school diploma or the qualifications equivalent to a high school diploma.
4）Applicants should have certain music knowledge and good professional ability.
5）Language requirements: Applicants should have the HSK 4 Certificate of the former or the current Chinese Proficiency Test (not less than 180 points).

考生于2018年11月28日前，将报名材料邮寄（以邮戳为准）至本科招生办公室，同时将材料电子版发至邮箱：2205542773@qq.com 并注明：“姓名-国籍-专业方向”，如“麦克-美国-作曲”。
Applicants should send the application materials by post to SHCM’s Undergraduate Admissions Office (subject to the date of the postmark) and also email the digital copy of the materials to 2205542773@qq.com (please mark: name -nationality – direction of study，for example: Mike-USA-Composition) before Nov. 28th. 2018.

《2019年外籍人士报考上海音乐学院学士学位申请表》
毕业证书（应届生为预计毕业证明）原件的复印件。中、英文以外文本的证书还需提供中文或英文翻译件
高中阶段全部课程的成绩单原件；中、英文以外文本的成绩单还需提供的中文或英文翻译件
报名照3张（照片尺寸：2.5cm * 3.5cm）
汉语水平考试（HSK）证书原件的复印件
专业报名资料（详见附录），如需提供视频资料，请按照以下要求制作：
（1）钢琴及各类键盘演奏者须在一个合适的距离里从钢琴侧面进行固定单机位的录制，视频中须确保演奏者的手部和脸部清晰可见；声乐演唱者须确保演唱者清晰可见；其他器乐演奏者须确保演奏者清晰可见。
（2）视频中不得有显示考生信息的字幕和场地布景，拍摄过程中无需自报姓名年龄曲目等。
（3）视频图像、音响连贯清楚，声像同步，无需进行多角度剪辑与艺术美化性质的后期制作。视频清晰度及音质将直接关系到考试效果，请报名者务必注意。
（4）视频文件名须为“专业方向-申请人姓名”格式，如“音乐教育-麦克”。
※考生所交报名材料，无论通过与否，概不退还。
A copy of a valid passport
Shanghai Conservatory of Music Undergraduate Program Application Form for overseas applicants 2019
A copy of the original diploma (expected graduation certificate is required for recent graduates) and degree certificate. A Chinese or English translation is required for certificates in languages other than Chinese and English.
Original copy of academic transcripts of all courses the applicant has taken during his/her senior high school years. A Chinese or English translation is required for transcripts in languages other than Chinese and English.
3 identification photos in the size of 2.5cm * 3.5cm
A copy of the original Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate
Any further materials related to the major course the applicant is applying for. (See Appendix I for details)
Requirements for the video materials :
a)The video of piano or keyboard instrument performance must be recorded with a fixed camera at a proper position from the side of the piano, and the player’s hands and face should be clearly visible in the video. The video of vocal performance or any other instrument performance must ensure good visibility of the performer.
b)No subtitle or scenery indicating the information of the applicant is allowed in the video. Players need not provide his/her name, age or the name of the music piece being performed in the video.
c)The image and sound of the video should be coherent and clear with good sound-image synchronization. There is no need for post-production editions such as multi-angle editing or artistic beautification. Please pay attention to the definition and acoustic quality of the video since it will be directly related to the result of your application.
d)The video file must be named in the form of “Direction of Study (name) – Player’s Name”, e.g. “Music Education + Mike”.
※ Whether the application is successful or not, application materials submitted by the applicants will not be returned.

On-site Confirmation
考生材料通过审核后，国际教育学院将以邮件形式发放《考试通知书》。所有考生须自行办理来华签证，并在12月26日-27日到本科招生办公室现场确认报名信息，并办理缴费，报考费人民币500元。信息审准后发放《准考证》及《考试日程安排表》。
※ 现场确认材料包括：有效护照原件、考试通知书、毕业证书原件或在校就读证明文件、HSK证书原件
Shanghai Conservatory of Music will send an exam notice to those whose application materials have passed the review. Qualified applicants should confirm his/her information and pay the application fee (RMB 500 yuan) on-site at SHCM’s Undergraduate Admissions Office during Dec. 26 – 27, 2018. Applicants will get the Exam Attendance Docket and the Form of the Entrance Examination Schedule after his/her information is verified.
※ Materials required for the on-site confirmation include:
Original passport, exam notice, original diploma or student status certificate, and original HSK certificate
